Environmental risk analysis for a university library
Read the document “Guidelines for Environmental Risk Assessment and Management – Green Leaves III”. Conduct an environmental risk assessment of the activities of the University of Portsmouth Library and make recommendations as to how the library can become carbon neutral by 2030.
Your report should include drawings and include estimates of carbon footprint and your proposed environmental risk mitigation measures.
Marks will be deducted for exceeding the word count. Appendices may be included for illustrative purposes, but these are not included in the word count and are not assessed. Reference lists are not included in the 3,000 words, although in-text references are.
Marks will be awarded based on the level of analytical and critical discussion, so a simple description of the technology and risk issue or merely downloading material from the Internet will be insufficient. Harvard APA referencing must be used and all sources used must be cited in a reference list.
