In your thread, discuss the factors, both internal and external, impact a company’s stock price and the subsequent perceived valuation of a company. Sometimes that perceived value matches that of the financial statements, and other times it is vastly different. Therefore, it is imperative to use relevant theories and existing literatures to discuss the factors that lead to a valuation of a company’s worth compared to that of the financial statements, and draw relevant conclusions on how company executives create the most value for all stakeholders. Particularly, you need to incorporate a “contemporary topic” into your discussion and discuss how it affects stock price. You must read most recent articles from [Yahoo Finance] [Bloomberg] [The Economist] [New York Times] [Thomson Reuters] [WSJ], etc and find a contemporary topic. The initial thread should be at least 250-300 words with substantial contents and references in APA format. You should reply to at least two students’ posts. Each reply should have at least 150 words with thoughtful analysis (refuting/agreeing statements, considering/critiquing assumptions, and comparing/contrasting concepts, etc.) and Biblical scriptures. All replies must be in APA format with references.
