Best Practices in Business Communication

This project consists of a Business Presentation and Analysis Paper. In this assignment, you are benchmarking best practices in business communication. In addition, for each best practice selected discuss generational and cultural differences that impact that best practice. For example: you select social media for business communication. When discussing best practices regarding social media in business communication, be sure to address generational and cultural implications of social media in business communication. Is there an impact? If so, how? Will the best practices need to be tailored based on the generation and culture? If so, how?

Business Presentation (10-12 slides)

An analysis of your selected best practices listed above must be included in your paper, with a detailed explanation and examples of the best practices for each component. Be sure to discuss the generational and cultural impacts. The paper needs to be written in APA format. The number of pages does not include the tilte and reference pages. Your paper should include at least 7 scholarly references in APA format.

Summary:

Your Business Presentation is a more concise version of your Analysis Paper. The presentation should be prepared as if you are presenting to managers interested in improving business communication in an organization.
