4. Create a survey using the Likert survey with minimum 5 statements, example provided
5. Have 2 opened ended questions to accompany the survey
7. Gather the results and present the survey data in a table and the open- ended questions in written form
Open ended question – what were the main ideas, thoughts, themes collected? Group these and use 2 quotes from the participants to illustrate the dominant theme/issue if applicable
