Final Project: This final project is made up of three distinct projects. Please read each section carefully because they all correlate with each other.

1. You are in the process of creating a new code of conduct for DogsTogs. Based on everything you have learned/completed over the last several weeks about compliance, you want to make sure that it incorporates the company’s values as well as expectations for employees.

A) Make a list of 5 values that you think are good ones, (that you either make up or pull from various companies’ codes of conduct or websites).

B) Provide a short definition of each and describe why you think each of these values might be important for this company. **Please submit in a Word doc.

2. You will want to make sure the CEO does an introduction to the Code (which will be in the beginning pages of the Code of Conduct). Of course, the DogTogs Marketing lead and CEO will both want to review and revise the message, but you need to provide a very articulate draft of the message for them, written in the CEO’s words. *Be sure to somehow make the link between the Code and the values of the company you listed in question 1. **Please submit in a Word doc.

3. Since you are going to roll out a new code of conduct, you also need to think about how you might train and monitor compliance areas that fall under the umbrella of the code. Draft a brief PowerPoint presentation for your Compliance Committee that outlines your overall plans for the following:

1. Reminding employees about the code,

2. Reminding third parties (suppliers, resellers, vendors, etc.) about the code, and

3. Monitoring both employees and third parties on a regular basis.
