We live in a global world. Our jobs involve interacting with diverse cultures and individuals. We all need to be able to function effectively, even though great geographic distances separate us. The online environment is an important component contributing to that interaction. This has not been more true than this semester as we all adapt to social distancing and quarantining and simply staying home much more than usual. How did you perform in this online environment? Did you spend the required amount of time to complete this work and participate/interact with fellow class members? Why or why not? How can this online class be improved? What other activities contributed to your learning? What additional activities would you have enjoyed (this question may be mute due to the necessity of moving courses online)?
