Ethnic/Cultural Group- Human Service
Note: I am African American and the organization in my local area serve multicultural. I’m located in Central Florida.
You may want to consider the group that is most commonly served by the agency/organization that you will be visiting for your final a project in order to be better prepared for your interview and observations. In your paper make sure to cover the following points:
A historical background of the minority group.
Discussion of the culture, religion, and traditions. How are these issues relevant to social work practice?
What are some of the social issues that human services workers should be aware of when working with this population?
Where can human services workers obtain more information about this minority group?
Why should human services workers be thinking about serving this minority population?
Areas recommended for further research.

In addition to the minimum page count (i.e. 3 pages and 1 line minimum) you should also include a cover page and a reference page in APA format. Additionally, use a minimum of 2 additional sources outside of your textbook to support your points.
