History of Present Illness (HPI): 32-year-old Caucasian female presented to the clinic with complaints of abdominal cramps, elevated temperature and diarrhea for four days. She stated that on Friday evening she had ordered food online on Amazon from a food franchise which was then delivered to her house. She reported that the following day she woke up in her usual state of health. However later during the day, she began experiencing sharp abdominal pain on her abdomen. The pain was persistent and her pain level was about 7/10. Following the abdominal pain were a couple of diarrhea episodes that presented no signs of blood in the stool despite it being soft and tan in color. The following couple of days the employee reported increased abdominal pain and diarrhea episodes as well as an elevated body temperature which made her stay in bed for the most part of the two days. On Monday morning at work, the employee reported that the pain intensified and that’s when she decided to come to the clinic for evaluation. The employee further stated that she had self-medicated herself with prn Motrin 400mg every 8hours as needed over the weekend
