Externship Paper
This assignment is basically to describe how my 2 courses (Leadership communication and data analysis)are beneficiary for my current job (Financial Analyst). I will add the information that I want to be included in the paper. It is an extremely straighforward paper I just need what I listed to be written in a proper manner. (The 3 pages I am ordering only correspond to part 1, part2 and part 3) I just need to give examples of specific courses that I am learning that can be applied to my job and vicersa (Everything that is in Blue is informative for you).

1. References – (Minimum 4 references). Reference list must be in proper APA format. All references must be cited WITHIN the text of the paper (in proper APA format) showing exactly where the specific reference applies. Simply listing references without in-text citations showing the applicability of a specific reference isn’t sufficient. The references can be used to support the work proposal, further demonstrate the linkage between course outcomes and workplace duties, etc. At least two of the references must be peer-reviewed journals and all references must be accessible via the Sullivan University Library’s online databases. Textbooks are not considered scholarly sources for this course.
