HRM 2 hours online exam

This is online exam which is available from 11 am 15th Nov – 11am 16 Nov AEDT.
This order requires a someone who has a broad knowledge of HRM Strategy and Practice with theory, model and concepts.
Textbook required and can be provided:
Human resources management: Strategy and Practice by Alan Nankervis et all 9th ed

Example Question:

Which is best from the organisation perspective: pay openness or pay secrecy? Why? What is more important: openness about horizontal pay dispersion or about vertical pay dispersion?

Help and ideas to structure your answer:

– How to respond and where to start? Here the questions to ask:

· What are the keywords? What are the concepts I should define?
· Which week topic(s) does this relate to? What kind of resources do I need?
· What theory(ies) could be involved? Does it lead to defining new concepts?
