Write a 3 page paper in which you: 1. Select 2 different job positions from the episode and perform a job analysis of each position. 2. What types of tasks, duties and responsibilities are involved with the job? What are the conditions under which the job is performed/ are there any special demands that are specific to doing the job? What types of knowledge, skill and ability are needed to do the job? 3. Describe your method of collecting information for the job analysis. That is, identify effective methods for collecting job analysis data based on what you know about the positions. You should document how you will collect the data (i.e., observation, interview, survey, etc.), from whom you will collect data, what types of information/questions you will ask to gather data, and how you intend to validate the data. Be sure to explain your rationale for these decisions and follow the model for collecting job analysis data from the job analysis video (found in the video lecture content on Blackboard), beginning with step 1. 4. From the job analysis data that you develop in your paper, create a job description for each of the 2 jobs.
