Leadership in crisis
Identify 2 concepts from the course, describing which authors’ work you are using (can be from any leadership literature you choose). Describe how these concepts might be applied to help explain or address a real-life problem that either you are interested in or that you anticipate facing as a physician. Resources and my point of view:
1.How to reassure your team when the news is scary: I am agree with the author’s point of view because in difficult time like this we need to guide and provide reassurance to others using all the points that the author uses on the article ( pause and breath, put yourself in your audience’s shoes, do your research, speak clearly and confidently and have specific next steps)
2. Lead your business through the coronavirus crisis: I am agree with the author’s point in view because in situations like this is where the leaders can make a difference. Been prepared for the worst, having an updated source of information daily, use the information wisely and come up with a plan as the author uses in the article can help leader to guide other in the community.
