Enter10/23/17 as the current date and 10/23/17 as the status date. Take note of the finish date and write in comments.3.Change Write progress report to occur on Fridays and add 3 more meetings.4.Save a baseline for the entire project. Do not miss this step. 5.Apply the Tracking table (View-> data ->table-> tracking.6.Update the “Identify existing skills” task (task 2) and the “Identify needed skills” task (task 3) –Project tab->Status -> Update Project -make sure to choose selected tasks.7.Mark the “Develop training documentation” as 25 % complete. 8.Rescheduled work for the “Develop training documentation” task (task 4) so that the task is split and the remaining is moved after the status date. 9.Check the project statistics. The current finish date should now be later than the original finish date you recorded, and you should see a variance at least 2 days. Based on the values in the Project Statistics dialog box determine which two values were in the calculation ofthe Finish Variance. Create a note and attach to task 4 with the formula for determining the finish variance. 10.Change the Current date to 11/18/17 and the status date to 11/18/17. 11.For the “Develop contract” task (task 6) enter an Actual Start date of 11/13/17 and an Actual Finish date of 11/16/17. 12.Mark the “Develop training documentation” task (task 4) as 90% complete 13.Mark the “Secure lab space” task (task 9) as 100% complete. 14.Apply the Variance table to the task sheet and then insert the Actual Start and Actual Finish columns between the Task Name and the Start columns. 15.Adjust the columns so that all data is visible. 16.Apply the cost table to the task sheet, drag the split bar to the far right as necessary and resize columns if necessary, and enter $2000 as a fixed cost for the “Secure lab space” task (task 9).
