Informed by Week 3’s lecture materials and resources related to organizational “ethics” and “decision making,” analyze the attached scenario and solve the dilemma presented in the case. You must structure your case paper using the following outline:

Analysis: In the lecture materials for Week 3, we discussed two primary philosophies (i.e., analytical perspectives) in ethics: Consequentialism and Deontology. To assess and analyze your decision alternatives, please be sure to employ the above analytical perspectives (i.e., comparing the morality of the alternative to its consequences). In addition to conducting an ethical assessment of the alternatives, you are expected to analyze/justify each recommended course of action from a technical perspective. Please refer to PowerPoint lectures and resources in Module 3 for more information.
Decision (What decision should Steve make with respect to the dynamics of the case?)
Action Plan: A brief description of how to implement the proposed decision.
Your case paper should not exceed 3 pages; APA writing conventions should be followed with a minimum of two (2) sources referenced and cited.
