Part 1: Personal Stress Worksheets

Worksheet #10 – This asks you to complete a week-long stress log. Please complete at least 2-3 days.

Worksheet #17- Please keep a sleep log for 2-3 nights.

Worksheet #18- You do not have to turn in your writing sample if you choose not to. If you choose not to turn in the writing sample, please provide a 1-2 paragraph description of your experience with the writing process.

Part 2: Reflection Paper
After you have completed the personal stress worksheets, please write a reflection paper that thoughtfully addresses the following questions:

1. In worksheets 10-13, you identified personal stressors. What is your overall assessment of the level of stress in your life? What were some of the things that surprised you about completing these worksheets? What sources of stress were not captured in these worksheets? How has the transition to college (for freshman) or entering a new year (for upperclassmen) affected your responses on these worksheets?

2. In worksheets 14-19, you practiced a number of popular stress management techniques. Please compare your experience with these techniques. What technique did you like most and why? What technique did you like least and why? How will you incorporate these stress management techniques going forward? How might practicing these techniques improve your health?
