Privacy Issues in the Workplace
The paper should be set forth in this fashion:
Introduction – briefly describe what legal issue in the workplace you plan to pursue. (Privacy issues in the workplace)
Discussion of cases – fully discuss four to five cases found on Westlaw that address the topic you have selected, including the plaintiff, defendant, standing, cause of action, holding and rationale of the lower court and of the higher court.
Do you note a pattern in the cases, in that they all follow the same main precedent cases, or is there a new development in the law in that area?
Do you note any issue that needs to be addressed?
Insert your views, if you like, of the matter and the way the cases have been resolved.
Conclusion – a summation of your research.
Works Cited – include the names, and citations of each case, as in Jones v. Smith, 234 F.2d 111 (2012).
