To what degree does the implementation of the Center for Disease Control’s Life is Better with Clean Hands intervention with nurses and patients impact wound healing when compared to current practice among adult wound care patients in a home health setting in urban Texas over four-weeks?

4. What ‘theories’ are you using? You must have one—a nursing theory. You can also have a change or behavior theory if you want but the nursing theory is mandatory. You also must have the seminal or original source (reference and citation) for your theories.

5. Whose hand hygiene protocol will be appropriate to use/implement and how will you monitor/train nurses on this?

I think you should not only teach the nurses proper hand hygiene BUT then have the nurses teach the home health care patients proper hand hygiene.
