TEAMSTEPPS
Evaluate the TeamSTEPPS strategies that were included in this week’s readings. Identify one of the TeamSTEPPS you use on a daily basis. If you were a manager, would you continue to use this method, or would you implement one of the other methods? If you would keep the same method, please explain why; or, if you would implement a new method, please explain why. As you write your post, consider the need to advance quality and safe patient care.
