Term Paper Instructions
For the term paper you will choose a Health Condition, Disease or Disability of interest to you. You compose, write, design or construct a manuscript of your own thoughts, reactions, opinion, research and preference. The study will be done exclusively by you and for you. My job is to guide you into how to conduct the study properly.
After you have selected your Health Condition, Disease or Disability you will compose and present a paper that is at least 10 pages long.
In your document you MUST discuss and argue:
Access to medical care for your Health Condition, Disease or Disability
Quality of care for your Health Condition, Disease or Disability
Affordability for your Health Condition, Disease or Disability
Additionally, it is recommended that you use the Epidemiology approach of people, place and time to address each of the above.
For example choose a specific people of population (Male v Female, Caucasian v African American, Young v Old,).
Choose a place or geographic region for example, the entire United States, the State of Tennessee or any other state, the South East region, the East Coast, the West Coast)
Choose a time frame for your study, that is, the last year, the last five (5) years, the last decade, the past 50 years.
