Writing Assignments: This course requires to prepare a written paper about Review of recently applied/studied technologies to remove of treatment of PFAS in water or soil environmental matrix. The report must be submitted by 4/20/20, the paper will include specific technologies, fate and transport of PFAS or what environmental (natural or engineered) or regulatory controls aid in the mitigation of this chemical exposure.

The report should describe/analyze research outcomes of at least 20 reference articles. The report should be typed (Times New Roman 12, single-spaced) with 7 pages long. It should be containing, abstract, introduction, the current status of knowledge or method, results, and conclusion.
Abstract: The abstract must be no more than 300 words summarizing the current status of the knowledge within the area of environmental health reviewed.
Introduction: This should be the portion of the manuscript providing a background to a review that focuses on work published over the last few years that has advanced our understanding of the issue under consideration.
Current status of knowledge or Methods and Results: Narrative reviews should include a “Current status of knowledge” section. This section of the review should focus on research efforts that have advanced our knowledge of this aspect of environmental/health science and should carefully deal with divergent hypotheses when they exist. Systematic reviews should include the Methods and Results sections.
Conclusions: Conclusions, discussion, problems, or areas for future research may be included.
References: Number references, including web citations, consecutively in the order in which they are first mentioned in the text. References cited in tables, figures, or figure legends should be numbered according to the first citation of the table or figure in the text. Identify references in the text, tables, figures, and figure legends by Arabic numbers in parenthesis (please follow MLA formatting and style).
