Why are women underrepresented in top management and leadership roles?
You must determine a topic or question to explore. Once a topic is determined, you must decide your thesis or question of interest about that topic. For the project, you must find scholarly research resources only, that relate to your topic. You must provide a detailed point by point layout of the arguments BOTH for and against your thesis or question of interest. Try not to have any holes in the research. Critique and evaluate what the expert researchers say. Make sure you address the multiple sides, and make your case. What approach has more merit, pros and cons, why? You should identify and discuss implications. Or you may write a proposal for social change by identifying a gender issue, explaining it through research, and proposing needed change or reform. The paper must go beyond simple description of the family issues and include analysis. Conclude with your evaluation about the problem/issue and what you believe should be done about it/or which position(s) has greater validity.
